Bring any Gohona gold piece back at any time — we buy it at the day’s rate for its weight and purity. Making charge is not refunded.

Not exchangeable

• Pieces made or resized to order.
• Nose pins and earrings once worn, for hygiene.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.
